A powerful line of storms brought four confirmed tornadoes in western Missouri, according to the National Weather Service, and a possible fifth is being investigated.
Orrick, a town of about 800 people, was hit by an EF2 tornado on Saturday. It’s the second confirmed tornado to damage the town in the last two years. KSHB reports:
The strongest of the tornadoes was the one that started in Sibley and made its way to Orrick. That tornado was an EF2.
Investigators are also looking into a possible fifth tornado that may have touched down near Adrian, Mo.
