When officers searched his vehicle, they found multiple small baggies containing methamphetamine and other evidence to support he was selling meth. A glass smoking device was also found in the vehicle.
Bauer was placed under arrest for Possession of Methamphetamine with Intent to Deliver, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia other than Marijuana and Driving with canceled, revoked and altered plates. He was transported to Ward County Jail.
