FARGO, North Dakota — Authorities in eastern North Dakota say a 34-year-old man in possession of more than 4 pounds of marijuana has been arrested.
Sgt. Tara Morris with the Cass County Sheriff’s Office says Brian Flem is facing charges of possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving under suspension.
Morris says Flem was arrested around 3:15 a.m. Tuesday after deputies made a traffic stop on Interstate 94. He was found driving with a suspended Minnesota driver’s license.
Morris says deputies then discovered Flem was the subject of an arrest warrant for failure to appear on a driving under suspension charge. They later discovered Flem was in possession of drug paraphernalia and more than 4 pounds of marijuana.
