¯ Thomas Przepiora, 62, of Lakeview Avenue, Mayville was charged Saturday with driving while intoxicated, first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, unlicensed operation and no interlock device. He will answer the charges in the Town of Chautauqua Court at a later date.
¯ Colleen Nyberg, 38, of Chautauqua was charged Saturday with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle after a receiving a report that a vehicle was taken without permission. She was issued an appearance ticket to appear in the Town of Chautauqua Court at a later date.

¯ Richard Fitzgerald Jr., 30, of Sheffield, Pa., was operating a vehicle with loud exhaust on Saturday when police performed a traffic stop and confirmed there was an active warrant out of Chautauqua County for operating a motor vehicle on a suspended licensed and without insurance. He was also found in possession of marijuana and a controlled substance. He was charged additionally with unlawful possession of marijuana and three counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
¯ Devven L. Fletcher, 32, of Jamestown was charged with second-degree criminal trespassing at 9:53 a.m. Monday after officers responded to 212 E. Eighth St., Jamestown, for a report of a disorderly person. A person call police saying Fletcher had entered his home without permission. Fletcher was charged and taken to the Jamestown City Jail, arraigned and released to be in court later.
