The men were taken to CHI St. Joseph’s Health. They were reported to be alive, Lt. Dave Wallace said Friday, but their exact medical conditions were not released.
The incident remains under investigation by the North Dakota Bureau of Criminal Investigation, the Southwest Narcotics Task Force and the police department.
The Dickinson Ambulance Service and the Billings County Ambulance Services assisted in the incident.
Man arrested for weapons offense, MIC after traffic stop
Dickinson Police arrested a 19-year-old man Friday morning on Canyon Drive for driving under suspension, illegally carrying a concealed weapon, possession of marijuana paraphernalia, being a minor in consumption of alcohol and refusing to submit to a breathalyzer test.
Officers had pulled the man over for a traffic violation when they discovered his offenses.
3 Dickinson businesses burglarized
Three individuals are in custody and a fourth will be charged in response to a series of burglaries that took place sometime between Wednesday night and Thursday morning.
Dickinson Police and the Stark County Sheriff’s Office are still investigating burglaries into Woody’s Feed and Grain at 28 South Seventh Ave. W, GA Sadowsky & Sons at 497 E. Broadway St. and Minn-Dak Growers at 393 28th Ave. E.
No estimates or details were available about potential costs, damages or stolen items.
Man shoots himself in foot while cleaning gun
A 48-year-old man was taken to CHI St. Joseph’s Health after he accidentally shot himself in the foot while cleaning a gun on the 1700 block of Seventh Avenue Southwest in Dickinson.
Lt. Dave Wallace said the man neglected to remove the gun’s magazine or empty its chamber before attempting to clean it.
Man arrested for possession of controlled substance
Stark County Sheriff’s deputies helped the Belfield Police Department arrest a 21-year-old Grand Forks man early Friday morning on Highway 85 after he was found in possession of a controlled substance.
The man was taken to the Southwest Multi-County Correction Center.
